In the project, instruments are being developed that support the expansion of sustainable food management in the tourism sector. It refers to
1) Online Training Modules including Fundamentals, Sustainable Food Procurement, Sustainable Communication and Waste Management.
2) Factsheets to support existing Sustainable Food Sourcing content, a series of factsheets will be produced to raise awareness of the impact of “problem” foods (e.g. meat, seafood, soy, etc.) and provide tips on how to Supporting more responsible food choices.
3) Awareness campaign for policy makers, businesses and tourists on the importance of sustainable food management and its relevance to sustainable food systems.
